Marketing & Design Intern

We’re looking for a Marketing & Design Intern who’s ready to dive in and help shape how we connect with audiences and share our brand story. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and eager to build hands-on experience across the marketing spectrum—from content to design to digital engagement—this is your chance to contribute and learn in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Web Content: Upload, update, and optimize blog posts and website pages to keep our online presence fresh, accurate, and aligned with SEO best practices and brand standards.
- Support Email Campaigns: Build and send weekly email newsletters using Klaviyo. You’ll ensure content is accurate, targeted to the right audience, and delivered on schedule, while tracking basic performance metrics to help inform improvements.
- Create Social Media Content: Draft, schedule, and publish engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, helping grow Zweig Group’s social media presence. Monitor channels for engagement opportunities and contribute ideas to keep our feeds vibrant and relevant.
- Design Visual Assets: Develop graphics and visuals for social media, email, and other marketing channels using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, all while staying true to our brand’s look and feel.
- Maintain Digital Asset Libraries: Keep our creative assets organized and accessible, ensuring the marketing team can find what they need quickly and maintain consistent branding across materials.
What You Bring
Technical Skills
- Comfortable managing web content on platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Familiar (or ready to learn) with Klaviyo for creating, sending, and tracking email campaigns.
- Working knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for publishing and engagement.
- Ability to create visuals using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

What You Need to Have
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience or familiarity with:

- Microsoft Office 365
- Monday.com (preferred)
