What You’ll Do:

• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and analyze industry trends.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute tailored growth strategies.
• Provide insights on marketing, branding, and business development best practices.
• Explore innovative tools like AI to enhance clients' operations and marketing efforts.
• Participate in presentations and thought leadership activities at Zweig Group events like ElevateAEC and ElevateHER.
• Senior-level consultants: Lead engagements, build client relationships, and oversee high-impact projects.

Who You Are:

• Entry-level candidates: Strong interest in strategic planning, business development, or marketing with a desire to learn and grow.
• Experienced professionals: Proven track record in business growth, market research, or strategy consulting within the AEC sector.
• Collaborative, innovative, and driven to make an impact.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements and Zweig Group events.
