Position: Performance Consultant

Location: Remote (Offices in Fayetteville, AR, and Dallas, TX)

As part of our Performance Consulting team, you’ll collaborate with clients to enhance processes, optimize resources, and drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do:

• Support operational improvements, from financial management to resource optimization and project management.
• Develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance firm performance and efficiency.
• Contribute to compensation strategy design and strategic planning initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate on high-impact deliverables.
• Deliver presentations at Zweig Group events like ElevateAEC and ElevateHER.
• Senior-level consultants: Take the lead on client engagements, mentor team members, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Entry-level candidates: Strong interest in operational strategy, organizational effectiveness, or financial management.
• Experienced professionals: Proven experience in operations, finance, or performance consulting within AEC or related industries.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.
• Open to occasional travel for client visits and Zweig Group events.
